Such a great hotel for a family stay! The rooms are very spacious and comfy, the staff is very friendly and quick to assist, and it’s perfectly located to all the Disney parks. The best part is the pool! We took a break from the park and lounged by the pool, which so so beautiful and so fun with the beach like entrance. My daughter especially loved the splash area for kids! Highly recommend for your next trip to Disney!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.||||The food was outstanding, with a great selection and excellent quality at every meal. My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax throughout my stay.||||The hotel's location was also perfect a stone's throw to the Disney area, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area while still providing a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere while in the hotel. The hotel's pool is amazing! ||||Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, excellent accommodations, and delicious food. I will definitely be returning and look forward to staying here again!

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room AC leaked we had to put a towel on the floor. The elevator did not come up to our floor in certain parts of the hotel we had to wait 10 minutes. 15 minutes. Forward to even come up. The building and decor is old outdated musky smell.

This location has been remodeled recently. The rooms are very nice after the remodel. While the resort may look older from the outside, the newly renovated hotel rooms are the highlight of resort. We did encounter a small problem where our child slipped by the pool slide, but hotel mgmt, particularly Dedo, was extremely personable and took great care of us.

We just returned from a 3 night stay in Orlando at the Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort and I have to say it was perfect!!! From check in to check out, staff was fabulous! Everyone had a smile, they were inviting and accommodating with every interaction. Our room was awesome! Spacious and clean, very comfortable bedding and plenty of room to sprawl out. We had a King suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and we LOVED it! At first I didn’t like the location of our room being directly across from the elevator because I was worried it would be noisy with people coming and going, but I have to say it turned out fine and we barely ever heard a thing! In fact, it ended up being very convenient and we loved the location. The pool was beautiful, clean, well maintained with plenty of fresh clean pool towels and plenty of lounge chairs with small tables and umbrellas for shade. The pool bar was fabulous and the food there was so good! We were given a complimentary appetizer voucher which we used for the hummus platter and the hummus was absolutely delicious! We also got a cheeseburger and fries, bang bang shrimp as well as the best chicken quesadillas I’ve ever had in my life. All the food was delicious!! We ate at the bar twice and poolside once during our 4 day stay. Our first day there, the bartender was the kindest guy, very chatty and super attentive and we really enjoyed his company! The second day there, the bartender was different and he was very aloof, not attentive at all and messed up / forgot several peoples orders while we were there. So apparently the bartenders can be hit or miss. But that didn’t change anything for us, the stay was overall perfect and we will 100% be back to stay there again when we visit Orlando for a quick getaway! I will also refer my clients to use it for travel when they’re wanting to stay at a Walt Disney World “Good Neighbor” hotel. I’m a travel advisor and always looking for great spots to refer clients to when they’re wanting to travel to Disney on a budget, and this is the PERFECT spot! Literally 5 minutes from Disney Springs, about 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom and vicinity less than 20 minutes from the Orlando Airport. There were plenty of places to eat within minutes of the resort and a full service Starbucks sharing the hotel parking lot (which was a huge plus for me) My husband and I came down here for a few days to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it ended up being the perfect stay. Thank you for everything!

Don’t go by the reviews of this establishment. Just checked out after spending our two day stay celebrating my granddaughter’s 6 Birthday at Disney World and which it’s right around the corner so the location and all the amenities it has to offer. Restaurants close by even my bank. Check in process was fast and friendly and check out process was even fabulous! We didn’t use the pool amenities till the morning we checked out my granddaughter didn’t want to get out of the water. The bar by water great service the Bell Hopper’s great services and Valet great service! Our room was clean looked like it’s been upgraded due to the age of hotel. Which that’s the complaint you see on other reviews. The age of hotel well you are only spending 20 % of the time in the hotel anyways due to the amusement park across the street. So yes guest services was excellent! I highly recommend it and I will be staying there on my next vacation. Thank you staff for a great experience!

To start, we got to the lobby at 4pm, which is check in time; unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue, but the front desk staff was fairly rude during the check-in process, almost refusing to answer our questions (we asked which building we were staying in so we could park appropriately, but instead, we were met with silence and no eye contact. Secondly, our room had no bedding for the pull-out couch. The kind man who brought up the new sheets and blanket had great customer service, though. Next, the pool area was fairly trash-laden and there were a number of kids and teens acting unsafe near the slide. For example, there was a group of 3 kids who kept climbing up the slide, and one was sitting at the very end and didn’t move so my 5 year old couldn’t enjoy it. Also, the cabanas were filled with trash (I assume from being blown in) but it appeared it hadn’t been picked up for some time. There was one staff working hard at picking up used towels and folding clean ones, but I think it would be beneficial if other staff would monitor the pool area more frequently to keep it clean and safe for all. On a good note, the room was nice and clean. Had we not been on the pool side, though, the stay would have been a quieter. It was pretty loud at times.
